Privacy requests

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Quebec's Law 25, you can ask us about the personal data we hold on you, export it, correct it, ask us to stop processing it, or request deletion. We respond within 30 days.

For your security we'll verify your identity by email before acting on your request. Deletion of historical booking data may be limited by legal retention requirements (tax records, anti-fraud, etc.). We'll explain any limits in our reply.
