Tourism entrepreneur and travel program architect with over 14 years of experience designing and developing group travel experiences across multiple regions.
Abdessamad El Jarjini’s journey into tourism began long before it became his profession. Through early travel experiences across different regions and communities, he developed a deep understanding of travel not simply as movement between places, but as a human experience shaped by culture, connection, and meaning.
He is the founder of Aji Travel, where he helped grow experiential group travel operations from small self-organized journeys into large-scale programs recognized for quality, structure, and authenticity. Over the years, he has designed and overseen travel experiences across Morocco, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
Building on that foundation, he later founded Jarjinia Tours — a new chapter focused on refined program design, cross-cultural travel experiences, and a more intentional vision of travel. Today, his work is led from Canada and centered on creating meaningful journeys that combine operational excellence with cultural sensitivity, destination understanding, and genuine human connection.
He believes travel should not be reduced to speed, volume, or checklists, but should create clarity, connection, and lasting value for travelers and the communities they encounter.
