Who is Jarjinia Tours?

Jarjinia Tours is a Canada-based travel company that works B2B with agencies, cultural groups, and tour operators. It is a young company, built on more than 14 years of the founder’s and team’s experience in travel-program design and group operations — first through Aji Travel in Morocco, and now from Canada.

Are you an operator or a reseller?

We operate. Every program is designed to be run on the ground, and we handle logistics from arrival to departure rather than simply forwarding your request to someone else.

Which destinations do you cover?

Morocco is our specialty and strongest ground operation. We also run programs in Türkiye, Uzbekistan, Egypt, Spain and Portugal, and multi-country Europe — and we design new routes on request.

Can we white-label your programs?

Yes. You can run our programs under your own brand and customer touchpoints, with the same ground operation behind them.

How is pricing handled?

Pricing is per-quote and partner-specific, so our public program pages don’t show consumer prices. We confirm inclusions and exclusions, hotel category, and pricing in a clear written quote before anything is committed.

Which hotels do you use?

We confirm hotels to your group’s preferences after the order, not before — both the category and the specific properties are chosen with you, and they’re adjustable per group. That’s why we don’t list fixed hotel names on the program pages.

What group sizes can you handle?

Group size is adjustable per program. Tell us your numbers and we’ll build the operation to fit — from smaller high-touch groups to larger organized groups.

Can programs be customized?

Yes. Length, pace, hotel category, inclusions, routing, and start/end points are all adjustable. We treat each program as a starting point to tailor for your group.

Do you handle flights and visas?

Our programs are land programs by default (arrival to departure). International flights can be arranged on request or handled by your agency, and visa requirements depend on your travellers’ nationality.

What happens after we request a quote?

We review your request internally, prepare a tailored proposal, and send it by email for you to review with your team. We refine it together, and only operate once you approve — there is no automated booking funnel. You can see the full five-step journey on the “How We Work With Agencies” page.

How do we get started?

Use “Request a partner quote” (or our contact form) and tell us the destination, dates, group size, and hotel category you have in mind. We reply by email.

Do you have partner testimonials?

We’re building our partner network now. We’ll publish real Partner Voices as partnerships mature — we won’t post testimonials we don’t genuinely have.
