Itinerary
Day by day.
Day 1
Arrival & first views of the Bosphorus
Arrival in Istanbul and transfer to the hotel. The program opens at the Nakkaştepe panoramic park overlooking the Bosphorus, then the grand Çamlıca Mosque — Turkey’s largest — and Çamlıca Hill for sweeping views over the city. In the afternoon, a Bosphorus cruise between the European and Asian shores, and a stroll through the lively Üsküdar district on the Asian side, with free time for photos.
Day 2
Ottoman mosques & authentic quarters
The Süleymaniye Mosque, a masterpiece of Ottoman architecture, then Sultanahmet Square with an interior visit of the Blue Mosque, and a walk through the historic Gülhane Park down to the Eminönü waterfront. Free time for lunch, then the colourful lanes of the Balat quarter, and a walk along the Florya shoreline (with the option of the aquarium or the shopping centre).
Day 3
The Princes' Islands & Beyoğlu
A day excursion to the Princes' Islands, with a sea crossing of about two hours and free time to explore the islands' natural scenery. On the way back, a stop in Ortaköy — known for its stuffed baked potatoes and waffles — then Taksim Square and a walk down İstiklal Avenue, and up the Galata Tower for an exceptional panoramic view.
Day 4
Flavours & markets of Istanbul
The famous Egyptian (Spice) Bazaar, known for its spices and local products, and the bustling Mahmutpaşa market. Free time for shopping and personal discovery before returning to the hotel.
Day 5
Miniature history & Ottoman spirit
The Miniatürk museum, showcasing Turkey’s landmarks in miniature; Pierre Loti Hill with its panorama over the Golden Horn, served by cable car; and the Sultan Eyüp al-Ansari Mosque, with time to explore the quarter. Afternoon at the Venezia Megapark shopping centre for shopping and lunch.
Day 6
Istanbul at your own pace
A free day for shopping or personal activities — a chance to discover other neighbourhoods or enjoy the city's modern shopping centres.
Day 7
Departure
Check-out, with free time until the transfer to the airport for your departure, at the close of the program.
